Overview

The BrainWave Centre uses electrophysiological responses in both the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Electrophysiological assessments are simply objective measurements of brain activity or brain waves. They help us to gain an understanding of underlying physiological causes of a particular behaviour. The assessment procedures are non-invasive and absolutely pain-free. It is the body's own electrochemical responses in the brain which we are able to register, transpose onto a screen and subsequently record as brain waves. We use technology which is strongly supported by proper medical and scientific evidence and peer review.

Complimenting the electrophysiological assessment, the BrainWave Centre also offers a range of psychological services which are of benefit in the diagnosis but also useful in the treatment of a variety of behavioural conditions.
